My name is Alan Kappauf and I’ve been investing in small multi-family rental properties for almost 20 years through my company Panda Realty Group LLC. I am located in Hammonton, NJ, which is about 45 minutes south of Philadelphia and 30 minutes north of Atlantic City. I decided to do this after realizing the vast majority of information online about the topic is woefully inadequate.
