Remember that you will always need 2 originals of all tenant move-in forms (lease, inspection, etc.) - one for you, and one for your tenant.
You and your tenants should always sign each form in blue ink.
You and your tenants should initial at the bottom of each page, as well as any place a hand-written note, correction, or deletion was made.
