If you are renting a property, you need landlord forms and a good tenancy agreement library. And if you want free real estate forms, you've come to the right place. Here you will find pretty much all the tenancy agreements you will ever need to manage your 2-4-unit rental properties.

OVERVIEW OF FREE REAL ESTATE FORMS LIBRARY

All 25 free landlord forms are posted for your conveinience via the links below. Clicking on each link will bring up a PDF file which you can print out and/or save to your hard drive. Click here for a description of each form.

Note that you will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer in order to open and view these forms. You can get Adobe Reader here (a new window will open so you can download without leaving this page).

TIPS WHEN USING THESE FORMS

Keep the following in mind regarding these landlord documents:

  • Remember that you will always need 2 originals of all tenant move-in forms (lease, inspection, etc.) - one for you, and one for your tenant.
  • You and your tenants should always sign each form in blue ink.
  • You and your tenants should initial at the bottom of each page, as well as any place a hand-written note, correction, or deletion was made.
  • Although these landlord documents are included for your convenience, it must be said that they are not a substitute for legal advice.

I put that last bullet / disclaimer in because laws vary from state to state and may also evolve over time. Therefore, I would recommend that you have a property attorney review these free landlord tenant forms as appropriate to make sure they fit your particular situation.
